The trick: lift gently with your chopsticks, dip in vinegar and ginger, nibble a small hole, sip the broth, then finish the dumpling.

Our chive and pork dumplings and peppercorn spicy soup dumplings are made fresh — 6 or 10 to an order depending on the plate. Perfect as a starter or a whole meal.
