Inside the Soup Dumpling

Soup dumplings look simple. They're not.

Moment from the diner
Each pleat seals hot broth inside delicate skin. Bite too fast and you lose the soup. Bite too slow and they cool.
"At the end of the day, a diner isn't just about the food — it's about the people on the stools next to you."
The trick: lift gently with your chopsticks, dip in vinegar and ginger, nibble a small hole, sip the broth, then finish the dumpling.
Our chive and pork dumplings and peppercorn spicy soup dumplings are made fresh — 6 or 10 to an order depending on the plate. Perfect as a starter or a whole meal.
